Polo GGB conducts its activities in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification system. In accordance with Article 9 of Regional Law 51/2009 of the Tuscany Region, the Molecular Biology, Genomics, and Bioinformatics Laboratory in Siena has been authorized as an outpatient facility: Laboratory Medicine in the disciplines of Medical Genetics and Ambulatory Health and Diagnostic Activities.

With Decree No. 118 of January 11, 2021, the Molecular Biology, Genomics, and Bioinformatics Laboratory obtained institutional accreditation for the outpatient process in the discipline of Microbiology and Virology.
