Friday, October 24, the new seminar series Top Italian Scientist” gets started.<\/p>\n

The series will be inaugurated by Prof. Brunangelo Falini<\/strong> (#TIS 1), with a speech entitled \u201cGenomics of hairy-cell leukemia: implications for biology and new therapeutic perspectives\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prof. Falini is the Director of the\u00a0“Struttura Complessa di Ematologia” – Ospedale S. Maria Misericordia, Perugia – and is a world renowned scientist in the Oncology and Ematology fields.<\/p>\n

T.I.S. seminar series will feature a brand-new, “horizontal” approach, with students\/researchers acting as main contributors to the interaction.<\/p>\n

A 45-minute “Q&A Session”<\/b>\u00a0will follow the speech, allowing attendees to ask questions to the speakers about their professional\/personal experience. This is meant to be an open, flexible space, for powering the debate, available for all the people in attendance (from expert researchers to young students).<\/p>\n

It will also be presented the\u00a0“Top Italian Student<\/b>” contest: an award-winning competition which enable participants to receive scientific gifts.<\/p>\n
