The Polo GGB will be present at the XIII Congress of the Italian Federation of Life Sciences (FISV), that will take place from 24th to 27th September 2014 in Pisa at Palazzo dei Congressi.
FISV is constituted by fifteen Scientific Societies (totalizing more than 9000 researchers) dealing with different areas of biological and biomedical research. The Congress will deal with internationally emerging issues, offering original contributions from some of the best Italian and foreign laboratories.
The meeting, already in its thirteenth edition, continues to offer a forum to Italian and international scientists who carry out research at the highest scientific level. Specific topics are chosen among the emerging subjects in life sciences. There will be 4 keynote lectures and 3 plenary symposia, conformed of four 30′ lecture each one.
Additionally there will be 6 parallel symposia organized by the different Societies, individually or by more than one together. The conference foresees to involve, in total, at least 15 foreign speakers and 25 Italian (source: FISV).
