The ELISA method is one of the most widely used technologies in research and diagnostics for the detection and quantification of analytes in biological samples.
These assays allow the detection of antibodies present in blood samples directed against specific antigens, as well as the detection of various biomolecules (allergens, proteins, or peptides) or pathogens (bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites) present in different biological matrices.
